I'm Hannah, a leadership coach and photographer based in the Greater Richmond area, dedicated to capturing genuine and authentic moments. I have a passion for helping people see the beauty in the world- and themselves- through a new lens.

As a coach, I equip leaders to grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. My approach is rotted in creating safe spaces where individuals and teams can uncover strengths, navigate challenges, and step boldly into their potential. I believe true leadership is less about titles and more about transformation- starting from within.

As a photographer, I capture stories that inspire reflection and connection. Just as in coaching, I focus on perspective: revealing beauty, truth, and meaning in places often overlooked. Whether behind the camera or in a coaching conversation, my goal is the same- to illuminate what's already there and help it shine.
